Welcome to Stanley Pilates and Yoga!
To ensure a positive experience for all our members,
please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully.
By attending our classes or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. General Studio Policies
All clients must complete a health and liability waiver before participating in any class or service.
Stanley Pilates and Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or failure to adhere to these terms.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to ensure a smooth check-in process. Please always check in for your class at the front desk. Out of respect for other clients, instructors and your safety, there is no admittance after 5 minutes of the scheduled class time.
Socks are required for Pilates classes for hygiene and safety purposes. Grip socks are encouraged for all Pilates classes and are available to purchase.
Mobile phones should be silenced during sessions to maintain a peaceful environment.
Please wipe all of your equipment and mat thoroughly at the start and end of class to ensure your safety. Thanks for helping us keep you and our community safe.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
All classes must be booked in advance
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid being charged.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a full charge for the class. No exceptions. No refunds. No class credits.
All class cancellations must be made via your account via the app. We do not accept class cancellations via email/SMS/call.
We kindly ask that all group session bookings be made at least 2 hours in advance via app. This policy helps us ensure a smooth and organised experience for both our instructors and participants.
Waitlist function is available. Our system will automatically add you to the class if a spot becomes available. You will receive an email confirmation when you have been added to class from the waitlist. If you have been added to class from the waitlist, standard cancellation policies apply. If you have waitlisted for a class and are unable to attend, please leave the waitlist via app to avoid incurring loss of the class.
3. Payments and Refunds
All services must be paid for in advance or at the time of booking.
No refunds will be provided for missed classes, late cancellations, or unused packages.
No Rollovers: Unused sessions cannot be rolled over after the package expiration date.
Class packages are non-refundable and are not transferable but can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.
All sales are final. Refunds or credits due to an incorrect purchase or change of mind of the client will be at the discretion of Stanley Pilates and Yoga. All return requests must be submitted in writing to hello@stanley-wellness.com within 7 days of the sale date.
4. Health and Safety
Clients are responsible for informing the instructor of any health concerns or medical conditions before participating in a class.
Participation is at the client’s own risk. Stanley Pilates and Yoga is not responsible for any injuries sustained during sessions.
If you feel unwell, please refrain from attending the studio and notify us in advance.
Stanley Pilates and Yoga reserves the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons and the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
5. Chiropractic Services
Chiropractic assessments and treatments are provided by licensed professionals.
Results may vary, and Stanley Pilates and Yoga does not guarantee specific health outcomes.
Chiropractic services are separate from Pilates and yoga packages unless stated otherwise.
6. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior towards staff, instructors, and fellow members is expected at all times.
Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Liability Waiver
By participating in any class or service at Stanley Pilates and Yoga, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical activity.
Stanley Pilates and Yoga is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. If you have misplaced an item, please email to hello@stanley-wellness.com
8. Studio Modifications and Closures
Stanley Pilates and Yoga reserves the right to modify class schedules, services, or studio hours when necessary.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances like emergencies, public health concerns, annual leave, classes may be rescheduled or canceled with the timely notice via email or/and SMS.
9. Amendments to Terms
Stanley Pilates and Yoga reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take immediate effect.
